1. Introduction

By engaging in the SEO services provided by Melgab Media Ltd, hereafter referred to as “Service Provider,” the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement is entered into between the client and the Service Provider for the purpose of improving the search engine optimisation (SEO) of the client’s website.

2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider will provide SEO services as outlined in the selected package, which may include but is not limited to keyword analysis, on-page optimisation and content creation.

3. Payments and Fee Changes

3.1 The Client agrees to pay the agreed initial set up fee as outlined in the proposal before the commencement of the website design project.

3.2 The Client agrees to pay the agreed monthly fee by direct debit through our providers ‘goCardless’ or, in the case of clients not in the UK, by PayPal recurring payments.

3.3 If a payment cannot be collected, a second attempt will be made. Successive failed payments will result in the clients website being taken offline or re-directed to our own driving school directory site until payment is bought up to date.

3.4 Each year, the monthly fee will be increased by the RPI (rate of inflation) announced in February. This will be changed automatically and will effect payments from the following April onwards.

The Service Provider will send a request for recurring payments to be set up and work will only commence once the client has taken the appropriate action.  

4. Results Disclaimer

While Melgab Media Ltd will make diligent efforts to improve the client’s website SEO, the client acknowledges and understands that specific and guaranteed results cannot be assured. SEO outcomes depend on various factors beyond the Service Provider’s control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market fluctuations.

5. Timeframe

The client acknowledges that SEO is an ongoing process, and improvements may take time to manifest. Any estimated timeframes provided by Melgab Media Ltd are approximations and not guarantees.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely and accurate information requested by Melgab Media Ltd, including access to the website, analytics, and any other necessary data. Failure to provide requested information in a timely manner may affect the performance of the SEO services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the SEO service.

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance for a minimum of 12 months after which time it will continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UK rules

By engaging in Melgab Media Ltd’s SEO services, the client acknowledges that SEO outcomes are influenced by numerous external factors, and Melgab Media Ltd cannot guarantee specific results. The client also agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
